The inside of the house has two large great rooms. One with sectionals, comfy chairs and a 75″ smart TV. Ready for a game night, movie night or just visiting. The second great room has a pool table, gas fireplace, and two more seating areas. Plenty of space to cheer on the game or turn the chairs to cozy up to the fireplace.

We’ve updated the entire 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom interior with new flooring, brand new furniture, and paint in 2021. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. With one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor – Just off the pool table great room. The main floor also has a laundry room with a new washer and dryer for your convenience.

Plenty of pool towels provided, along with bath towels, robes, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom.

The second floor also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a small refrigerator, Kuerig, pour over coffee maker, French press and hot water kettle for your early morning coffee or late night beverages.

* There is an extra fee if you decide to heat the pool. Depending on the temperature in Glendale, AZ it is between $100 to $220 per day. But so worth it for a winter getaway to the sun!

This oasis was absolutely welcoming, not to mention gorgeous! We had the BEST TIME and made lifelong memories. The amenities were top notch , as the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The hosts are very sweet and thoughtful. They left us a basket of goodies and messaged to check on us throughout our stay. The backyard of this property is unmatched and it felt like we had our very own private resort! We are thankful for our time at Arrowhead Oasis and hope to make it back again one day!

Oasis is accurate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The back yard had so much to do, with the pool being the highlight, but honestly, we had fun having fires at night, and games in the day when we weren't in the pool or hot tub. It was awesome! The house was stocked with everything you need, and the labels on the cabinets was super helpful! The house was clean and nice, while it's not brand new, it is updated nicely and was comfortable for us. The owners were accommodating with us needing to drop our food off early (before checkout) and that was very appreciated! The neighborhood was nice as well, and we felt very comfortable going for our daily walks and runs. I would recommend this place to others. The only thing I would suggest is to set up a speaker or have one available, there may have been one that I missed tho.

Family Gathering

Overall everything was great and the house and grounds are very spa resort like. There were 12 of us for a family (3 generations) get together as we all had not been together for 3 years. Each family unit had their own room. We hardly left the house because it had everything we needed. Only issue was the hot tub controls were locked, heater was not working and the tub was dirty. Maria was great and sent crew over at 9PM the first night to drain, clean and fill the tub. Unfortunately, it was still not heating the next morning so she sent another team over to get it going. We had no other problems. She had terrific customer service and responded right away with questions and solutions.

Huge backyard for your group with multiple seating areas both in the shade of amazing trees and in the warm Phoenix sun! Lots of games both inside and out! Clean and spacious on the inside. So many areas to relax, as well as to enjoy time with your friends and family. Sit by the beautiful waterfall water feature and amazing firepit. Relax in the gazebo sitting area, hot tub, and bar area while watching or listening to music on the 55 inch smart TV. Grill dinner while visiting with your friends around the outdoor island. Read and relax in the sun on our comfy chaise loungers by the pool. Or sneak away to the hammock area for a little nap! Play a little pool basketball! As well as spikeball, darts, ping pong, KanJam, cornhole, ring toss. Need a break from the sun? Enjoy the indoor pool table, work on a puzzle, play a board game, or watch a movie on the 75 inch Smart TV. Need to get a way from people? The three upstairs bedrooms all have outdoor patios to drink a morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon book. Need to get a bit of work done?
