This charming 38 m² flat in Le Coteau (Roanne agglo) can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely 14 m² bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 35 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)

Outside area:
- A 50 m² enclosed shared garden where you can store bicycles. You will also have garden tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Le Coteau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Near Roanne many festivities throughout the year see Roanne tourisme.com (Roanne Blues Festival, Ciné Court Animé festival, Journées Européennes des Métiers d'Art, Nuit Européenne des Musées...)
- Visit the Villerest lake and the Loire gorges, the Monts de la Madeleine and its forests (skiing possible),
- Several picturesque villages nearby
- Vineyards and AOC wine cellars.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
By bike, you're close to the European Greenway.
