This lovely condo located on beautiful St. Simons Island awaits your arrival! This second floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located in the gated Island Retreat community. This vacation rental is perfect for a couple or a family of 4 looking for a beach get-away. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the enclosed sunroom has a bunk bed. Fresh, new furnishing throughout. The living room has a flat screen TV, and the unit is complete with cable TV and internet. After a day of exploration, return to this vacation rental and take a dip in the shared pool prior to unwinding in the bright living space. Also included in this rental is a fitness center adjacent to the pool. The condo is in a great location and is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery store. It is about 1 mile from East Beach public beach access and the Pier/Village area. Come to St. Simons Island for a relaxing vacation and return home with memories that last a lifetime!

Quiet condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a quiet development. Nice to be in a gated community. It's a small apartment but was the perfect size for the three of us. Having a washer and dryer is great. Great TV service. Clean, comfortable and inviting environment. I think I read on a review a prior guest complained about an AC vent blowing on them in the living room. Well, only if you sat in the recliner, but since it was 90 degrees outside that was my favorite spot when we came in. The Queen bed mattress is on the soft side, it didn't bother us, and I expected that from the pictures I could tell. We enjoyed our stay, and very convenient for getting to the grocery store to get all your supplies when you arrive.

Weekend getaway!

This condo is so cute!! The pool is great! My partner and I had such a great time relaxing at the pool and enjoying St Simon's Island. Highly recommend!

Great Place for a quick getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the perfect place it was close to everything. We brought our 8yo grandson and he loved having a little room with bunkbeds all to himself. Everything seemed to be updated all but the shower, it needs some work but it still did the job. Would have been nice to have a washcloth per person but we were only provided with 1 washcloth, had plenty of towels at least. The pool was nice and clean as well, we were only able to go 1 time being such a short weekend. We stayed at the beach as much as possible. I would rent this place again in the future.
