This perfectly located, south island, gated, with pool and fitness center, one bedroom one bath luxury condo comfortable sleeps three (3). Located near everything, the condo is two miles from the beach and Pier area. The master bedroom has a king bed with an expensive mattress and a remote controlled bed lift. Relax reading or watching TV/ Netflicks sitting up with the bed lift on the HD smart TV. And we have xfinity cable and streaming. Most vaca rentals now days don’t provide you with cable tv. The condo layout provides plenty of room for a queen pullout sofa. This condo is on the second floor with the inside all one level. It is very private and quiet. There is a fully stocked, full sized kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit and large walk in closet. The condo comes with free super hi speed wifi and a smart flat screen HD TV in the bedroom and in the living room. Since we know coffee is important to our guests we have a pot maker as well as a keurig pod maker and we provide pods. Located in the Island Square condo community, the unit is approximately two miles from the beach, one and a half mile from the Pier area and within walking distance of tons of shops, a Winn Dixie grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and our famous Southern Soul BBQ. Biking or walking anywhere is definitely a good option. The private pool and fitness center are very close to the condo and is open year round. Everything we do is designed to make your stay a relaxing experience. Accessing the condo is easy as we use coded door locks, so no keys to fool around with. We simply message you the code ten days prior to your check. If this condo is booked for your dates, never fear. We also have five other vacation rentals. Three on SSI and two in the mountains of SW Virginia. They are property numbers 3690215, 4041154, 4757544, 3595727 and 2675915. We are experienced vacation property owners/rental managers and have over ten years experience. We respond quickly to questions. We are confident that you will love our properties and want to return. We are a Preferred Partner with VRBO / Homeaway due to our quick response time, our highly rated and reviewed properties and for providing a high end guest stay experience. We try to be pet friendly and will consider allowing one dog only per stay but it must weigh less than 15 lbs and we must approve the pet prior to booking. We charge a pet fee that must be paid. Important **We do not allow service animals.** NOTE: if you bring a dog that has not been it will not be allowed inside. We utilize a Ring door bell security camera for your safety and security. We also require photo selfie ID.

Perfect anniversary getaway

My wife and I and our three kids moved to St. Simons Island seven years ago. We started our vacation rental business with one small cottage and have grown it to six properties. We absolutely love providing great, custom, unique spaces, at a reasonable price for people from all over the world to enjoy while experiencing the wonderful St. Simons Island.

Why they chose this property

This condo is finished with high end materials and is very luxurious. Hardwood floors, marble like tile, shiplap and ceiling beams. It is second floor so very quiet. There are no condos above or to either side. This condo is right beside another condo we own and rent. So very convenient.

Great location, gated with pool and has unique floor plan with double sided fireplace. Has a remote controlled bed lift.
