Newly renovated studio condo across the street from Wells Beach. This unit is perfect for 2-3 people. It features a queen bed, a queen futon, AC, new cable tv, WiFi, plus a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. This unit has a patio for outside dining or a common area barbecue picnic area. The location of this gem is its greatest asset. Close to Wells Beach center but tucked in off busy Atlantic Avenue. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in unit

Perfect getaway for myself and my two teenage daughters! Location is amazing… so close to the beach. Space is small, but utilized very well, we never felt on top of each other. It was perfect for us. Kitchen is great. Such a quiet little “neighborhood”. We loved our stay!

The room is in the best location and close to the beach. There are. Few shops nearby but you can lasso go down the road and find whatever you need or whatever you forgot in the Hannaford plaza.

Bethany was an AMAZING host from the moment I found the condo with all of my questions until our last day. She was quick to respond to any of my messages and always very pleasant to deal with.The location was quiet, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her condo to anyone that is looking for a great deal and great stay while in Wells.

So convenient!

This unit is tucked away from the main road but still very accessible. The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire place well-kept. It is tiny but had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Only a few problems. 1. Tv went off many times 2. Not satisfied with mini refrigerator. Had to buy ice everyday and door squeaks. 3. Bed outside bathroom is in a bad location as every time that you walk to or from bathroom you can bang your leg on the end.

I am so sorry you had some issues. Spectrum cable continues to be a problem in Wells, I think all the wind and storms create havoc. There was an ice-maker in the closet and the queen bed could have been pushed closer to the wall for more access. I will definitely oil the frig door. Thank you for your feedback. I will use it to improve my guest services.

Très beau séjour! Tout était très bien et l’endroit est tranquille. Le détecteur de fumée est sensible à la cuisson, attention de ne pas faire cuire à feu trop élevé . Sinon, pensez à vous apporter un sèche linge, pour les serviettes de plage.

tout est là ! et le service clinetèle est excellent.

Toutes es petites attentions d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Café, vaisselle, sel, poivre.... Moi et mon amie nous disions, il dtoi y avoir un BUG!!!! Mais non... les détails sont là . Wow.. Petite note : Peut-être un moppe ou un tapis de bain pour la salle de bain, mais, tout est parfait !!!

Great location

The place was tiny..almost too tiny for the 2 of us, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The best part is that it is just steps from the beach. The entire property is quiet, peaceful and well maintained.

Fabulous Beach Condo!
