Welcome to "Le Pressoir," an authentic farmhouse dating back to 1816 and its outbuildings, nestled in a wooded park, just 15 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche.

For years, it has been alive with the rhythm of dairy production and a delicious cider-making tradition. By crossing the threshold, you step into the footsteps of a rich and authentic past. We have meticulously worked to preserve the soul of antique furniture and the architecture of the buildings, while integrating modern comfort for your well-being.

At the end of the tree-lined path, you will find in the middle of the cobblestone courtyard, perfect for sunny lunches, "La Longère." It is the main house, with a large kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a fireplace (yes, it works!) as living spaces. Still on the ground floor, a large bedroom, a bathroom, and an office. Upstairs, 5 additional large bedrooms, a shower room, and a bathroom. Happy are those who will have room "5", with terracotta floors and exposed beams.

On the other side of the courtyard and the gravel path, the "Guest House" in stone and exposed beams with a large mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a shower room, and a large cathedral room with its library, an office, and a magnificent fireplace. Two sofas (including 1 convertible into a double bed) form a pleasant living room with high ceilings.

Then the Barn, where you will find games (ping-pong table, foosball, target and darts), bikes, and many other outdoor games. A Weber gas barbecue is available.

At the back of the Longère, in a green enclosure protected from view, is the heated pool with its brick coping matching the building (6x7m, constant depth 1.4m) with safety cover, salt filtration.

The place is completely preserved, away from roads and noise, surrounded by natural meadows belonging to the property.

The region is particularly beautiful in all seasons, where you can visit heritage estates, take walks, on foot, horseback, or by bike (mountain bike trails nearby), fish, or go canoeing. We can offer you our favorite restaurant addresses, shopping tips, and grocery stores!

"Le Pressoir" is located 2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, 25 minutes from Nogent-le-Rotrou, 20 minutes from Bellême.
