The apartment has one air conditioner in the master bedroom included in the rent and another one in the family room (not included in the rent if you need that one you need to paid extra fee), has ceilings fans in some areas in the apartment.

Quiet, convenient, secure location

We were very comfortable here. A few problems with the apartment while we were there, but the amazing communication from the owner was able to easily and expediently resolve them. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is a little small for our convenience but would not stop us from staying. Loved having a supermarket so close and a hospital as well. Only cons would be not enough cookware for the kitchen. The other would be that you have to pay for the air in the living room, but it is clearly listed in the apartment description so cannot be mad as it was not a surprise and this owner communicated this as soon as we booked. As I said amazing communication from owner. We will be booking again in the future as I frequently travel to DR with my family by far the best place we have stayed.
