Watercrest 1509- Free Beach Chairs!

Watercrest renovations to replace all balcony railings on the beach side will be completed on 2/28/2026. The final phase of painting the front of the building will take place 3/1/2026-5/15/2026. Some parking limitations will occur and during this time guests will only be allowed 2 parking spaces on property.

Watercrest 1509 is a 2 Br 2 Ba oceanfront condo with a sleeper sofa located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and access the second bath. The condo complex offers a large pool deck with lounge chairs, hot tub, kiddie pool and tiki bar for snacks and drinks. The condo is decorated in a beach vibe and provides guest with a comfortable space for the perfect beach vacation. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico as you unwind from the days beach activities!

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Watercrest is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
