Super clean and overall super close to my family. It was very quiet and peaceful. We definitely will be staying again!

Nice house but needs work

First off let me start by saying the owner Butch made our trip that much better by giving us his personal opinion on how to ride the trails, and I must say it definitely made our trip so much better. The house however needed some work as the skylights were leaking and mold had started in. This made our stay a bit of a struggle as one of the other guests staying had asthma and he had to wear a mask the entire time he was in the home but the owner was very aware of the issue but has not been able to find a contractor to fix it. The other down side was that the car port pictured was full of car parts and trailers so we were not able to utilize this for parking our bikes and SXS under while it was raining. Other than those 2 things the house was awesome and just as advertised. We would definitely book again assuming the leaky roof is fixed.
