Rockhouse hillside retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bed 2 bath has close access to Buffalo Mtn trail system. It is located a mile and a half from the Hatfield McCoy trail 14. We offer a full stocked kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has 2 queen beds. The other offers one king bed. There is a twin size trundle bed that sleeps 2. We also offer a queen size air mattress for more than 8 guest staying. Come visit Rockhouse Hillside Retreat and enjoy a peaceful Mountain View.

Everything you need is there the place was very clean and roomy for 7 of us. Nice little fire put out back that the kids roasted marshmallows on to make smores. There was a grill out back also but we did not use since we had a portable Blackstone.When we plan to go back to that part of the trail system I would definitely rent this one again.

Driveway and parking is tight for big trailers, (we had a 24' and 30') but managed to get everything turned around and positioned. Other than that very clean and well setup and a great host, the pups definitely love the attention so bring treats lol

Was a clean and comfortable place to stay and ride SxSs.The only thing to watch for is I wouldn't suggest taking a trailer longer than 20', it's just super tight to turn around in. Great place to stay!

Quiet & Relaxing

After long days out on the SXSs it was nice to come back to a peaceful place with privacy. The front porch is covered which is nice when its raining. Everything was clean and cozy.

Rock House Retreat

The Rock House Retreat was a great place to stay while we visited the HM trails. Lynn made it easy to check in, the house was clean when we arrived and the stay was very comfortable. It was also close to Delbarton, so we got to know the locals who were very kind and helpful, it's also close to trail 14 Trail Head which is nice and convenient.

Great location!

It was so nice to be up in the hills as compared to the ATV cabins, we drove past. Quieter, probably a bit cooler and right near the trails. Beds are all very comfy and plenty of bathroom space. We had a fabulous time!!

Cute and CLEAN!

The pictures do not do this place justice! It is cute as can be with an awesome location right off the HM trails. If you are considering visiting the area, do yourself a favor and book Lynn’s place, you won’t regret it!

The Perfect Getaway

We planned a trip for Thanksgiving weekend. The experience was top notch- very clean. The property manager was extremely helpful; she provided excellent communication even with our arrival on Thanksgiving day. We would recommend staying at this establishment.
