Beautiful New House in great Northern neighborhood- close to all!

This home is like new. You’ll love the open floor plan into the dining and living room areas. The primary on suite has gorgeous large shower. The two other bedrooms share a full bath. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The office is great if you need a quiet space to work. A large backyard with a privacy fence allows you to spend time relaxing outside. In the great room there is a 65 inch TV with voice command and local capable as well as apps. For your security, there are cameras on the exterior of the home as well as an electronic lock which is programmed for the duration of your stay and unique to you. No garage access.

Excellent stay! The house is lovely and in a cute quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed. It was was clean, well appointed and felt practically brand new. The office space was a great bonus to have as I was able to work remotely in a dedicated space while we were here. The host was very prompt in responding to questions.The house does have a few small quirks- the light switches for the kitchen and living room are a bit hidden and hard to reach - it took us a little while to find them. The only suggestions I have are that the living room could benefit from either a floor lamp or side tables with lamps as the lighting on its own in there wasn’t the best. I would also suggest either a hand rail or some other anti slip for the shower in the master bath as the shower floor was extremely slippery. Overall we loved the property and location and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Beautiful weekend stay

The house was as advertised. New, clean and in a perfect little subdivision off the main roads. Check in and out was simple. Everything we needed was in the home. Booked on Tuesday for the upcoming weekend and it was a seamless process. Will definitely book again next time in town visiting family.

It was a wonderful stay for a quiet stay for a work trip. Location was nice you will have a little drive with traffic to food locations. The route back to the house is a little tedious for a week long stay however once you are there the house is worth the wait.

This home stuck out! From the exterior craftsman style to the open floor plan, the gorgeous modelings and arches - it has everything you want in a great floor plan and cozy Indiana family home.

My parents and brother are local and only a phone call away. We'll have a Fort Wayne info and brochures onsite for all the inside tips and tricks to enjoy this city. From Tincaps games, concerts, newly renovated down parks and local restaurant and brewery scene, we'll have all the info you need to enjoy Fort Wayne's finest!
