The villa is quietly located in the mountains behind Cannes and can be reached by car via a very steep driveway. The view towards the bay of Cannes is wonderful and worth the price. The house is a traditional French small villa and is getting a little old. The bathrooms still work but are in need of renovation. The villa is functionally furnished in a country house style. However, the cleanliness of the house could be improved. There is a 120 euro charge for final cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. However, more modern appliances are needed here soon (apart from the refrigerator). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the landlords are friendly, helpful and also speak english.

Hi Robert thanks for your appreciation.I don't totally agree with you for the appliances in the kitchen fridge and electric vitro ceramic are brand new;dish washer recently replaced ... In the master s bathroom we just changed the tap after your departure which does not function anymore for the shower ..for the final houseclean its done by a cleaning company and could you just tell me what was not enough clean thanks for that ..I mention that a wood grey lantern was missing ...but it s not a problem .best regards régine

Villa perchée avec vue magnifique

Très bel emplacement sur les hauteurs (vue matinale sur la Corse !) - belle salle de vie et terrasse.La clim réversible en hiver peut générer une belle facture électrique en fin de séjour.Tarif de location correct mais un peu plombé par les 120 de ménage.

Schönes Haus, schwierige Anfahrt

Gastgeberin Regine sehr freundlich. Großzügige Anlage, tolle Ausblicke bis zum Meer. Reichhaltige Ausstattung, z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktioniert. Einziger Haken, das letzte Stück der Zufahrt ist sehr steil, besser vorab zu Fuß erkunden. Ansonsten sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.
