Cozy Coastal Cottage

*WE ARE LOCATED IN CONWAY SC on Highway 544 About 1.9 MILES FROM COASTAL CAROLINA UNIVERSITY * The house is not on the beach. We are 20 minutes from Surfside Beach. This 2 bedroom 1 bath was a garage turned mother law suite. It’s the perfect get away spot. Close to everything but far enough from all the crazy traffic. It is located right behind our personal property.

We stayed here for the Bands of America competition at Costal Carolina University. This is very close to the college, however it is not walking distance.

Little hideaway

Surprising little getaway cottage!!! It was perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend while attending a baseball camp at CCU. Close to campus and just a short drive to the beach and all other local attractions and restaurants. It was exactly as described and super clean! Would definitely stay here again!!

My oldest son and I traveled to SC for a few days and wanted to stay somewhere close enough to attractiins, but not in the heart of them. This was a cozy, clean, well taken care of little piece of heaven tucked away. The owners are friendly and attentive if needed. Would recommend a stay here.

A Week at Myrtle Beach

The home was clean and well-decorated, my favorite amenity was the AC since I like it cold, and the parking was good because our vehicle was hidden from the main road. Darrel was polite and to-the-point, and I don’t have any complaints about our stay at all.

Perfect Vacation Rental

The property was perfect for myself, husband and 9 year old. It was clean and cozy. Included all the little things, paper towel, dish soap and pods for the dishwasher, laundry soap- fabric softner amd dryer sheets. Will absolutely stay there again if we travel to Myrtle Beach again!

Convenient to CCU

The neighborhood is very run down, but this property is in excellent condition and shows pride of ownership! The cleanliness of the cottage was outstanding! For our family, the close proximity to Coastal Carolina University is fantastic (just over 1 mile away)! We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Super Cute, Convient Cottage to Coastal Carolina

We stayed while visiting CCU for accepted students day. It was the perfect location, close to campus and all local activities; including the beach. There wasn't a detail missing from this cottage - everything you could need in a pristinely clean environment. Darrell greeted us upon our arrival and was friendly and answered all of our questions. I look forward to staying again!

Hi I’m Angie, husband and I purchased this home after living here for 8 years. Someone had already started remodeling the garage into a small 2 bedroom apartment. We thought it would be great for our families to have somewhere to go. So we finished it up last 2 years ago before Covid. It was a very big challenge but we love it how it turned out. Hope any that books does as well.

Why they chose this property

It is very homely. We put a lot of love into it. I have been coming to this area since I was a child and love that our property is far enough from all the crazy beach noise and traffic but close enough to enjoy the beach and the area.
