Welcome to "Albaret", one of the 4 cottages of this former presbytery from 1868.
My husband Bruno and I have carefully renovated these cottages in order to offer you a comfortable stay with family, couple or friends.

In this 3* cottage, you will have:
• 1 courtyard with garden furniture: electric barbecue, access to land
• 1 living room,
. 1 independent equipped kitchen,
. 1 children's corner
• 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

Rental of household linen and/or bath 10 € per kit.
Cleaning option: 75€

The accommodation is located in the small hamlet of La Piguière (between the sabot de Malepeyre and the point Sublime).

You will find on the ground floor:
-1 living room with large wood stove in old fireplace
- 1 TV
- 1 sofa, antique armchairs / antique chairs
- 1 table
- 1 children's reading corner
- 1 fully equipped independent kitchen with standing table and dishwasher, cleaning products.

Upstairs you will find:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90
Sheets are provided and the beds are made on your arrival
- bathroom with washbasin, bath shower, hairdryer, cleaning products
- separate toilet
- washing machine

Outside you can enjoy:
- 1 courtyard with garden furniture
- 1 electric barbecue grill
- 1 free access to our land at the back (large space with a children's swing)
On request (depending on availability): a child's stroller (all terrain).

Possibilities of pairing with our other cottages (Philomène: 2 pers and Lou Percat: 4 pers).

Passenger access:
The accommodation is 8 km from La Canourgue with all shops and the A75. 18 km from the Malène (Gorges du Tarn).
You have a car park at your disposal.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by pine forests, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bike hikers and hikers with several hiking departures (crossing with the Chemin de Saint Guilhem among others).

Not far from the accommodation is a beautiful church that you can visit.

Please note:
- This is a non-smoking accommodation
- Pets not allowed
- There is no wifi but a very good 4G connection
- The church bell does not ring at night.
- We are on site and will be delighted to meet you.
