In this variant, we have closed off one bedroom. This independent apartment offers 85 m² of living space + 100 m² of terraces, specially designed to accommodate smaller groups. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, one equipped with twin beds and the other with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.

Located on the heights of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, close to shops and restaurants, the rooftop offers a 360° view. You can admire Mont Ventoux with the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Luberon, the Alpilles, the vineyards, and the Châteauneuf-du-Pape castle. The spectacle of swifts at sunrise and sunset is a sight to behold.

Ideal for a pleasant stay in Provence with family or friends. There are numerous tourist sites within an hour's drive from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Public parking is available just 20 meters from the apartment for your convenience.

Concierge services are available, with the option of daily cleaning according to the tenants' needs during their stay, charged at €20 per hour directly to the tenants.
