Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake, sunsets and mountains. Pool and spa. Pool rules are to be followed. No life guard on duty. Swimming is at own risk. Host not liable for any accidents in regards to the pool or spa.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 8 total. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Everything you will need for a get away stay in Havasu. Plenty of parking for your water and desert toys. 12 minute drive to the closest boat launch. Desert riding and target shooting just up the street.
