About this property

LakeTime Casita with Pool/Spa, 2/2, boat/RV parking quiet beautiful views

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake, sunsets and mountains. Pool and spa. Pool rules are to be followed. No life guard on duty. Swimming is at own risk. Host not liable for any accidents in regards to the pool or spa.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 8 total. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Everything you will need for a get away stay in Havasu. Plenty of outside parking for your water and desert toys. 12 minute drive to the closest boat launch. Desert riding and target shooting just up the street. The RV garage is not available for use. We live on site, this is our casita, however when we are hosting VRBO guest the backyard pool area we consider to be yours and will give you that privacy. We expect all pool rules to be followed out of respect for our home and our neighbors.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Send us a note to let us know that you have checked out.
Before leaving please turn the A/C up to 80 degrees in the summer. Heater down to 65 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Clean, comfortable casita with an amazing view of the lake. Nice hotel touches such as shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers as well as crisp white linens. Wonderful hot tub. We would absolutely stay again.

Great Experience

We loved the location of the property. It is up high enough to see lights of surrounding city at night. We can also see the lake. Very comfortable bed and couch. We enjoyed watching the big TV. All in all a very enjoyable Casita by the Lake.

A VRBO property. Private casita, clean, modern and comfortable. Stunning sunsets, great hot tub/spa and a beautifully maintained property. Excellent hosts who ensure that all needs are taken care of. Beautiful area. The only thing that would be on the "wish list" would be heat in the pool- for crazy canucks who will swim in February ! This is a perfect "home away from home". We highly recommend this property. We have already booked for 2025 and will be counting the days until our return.

This was a great place to stay and Jodi was awesome! Communication was great and the house was clean and had everything you could think of. Having the pool and spa was awesome but the views sealed the deal. This is now our go to place when we come to Havasu.

Lake Time

This property is great if your looking to have some peace and quiet after a great day on the lake. We came to fish the US Open with Bass Pro Shops and this place was a perfect place to stay with plenty of room to park with the boat.
