About this property

Luxury condo, DISCOUNTED RATES…steps to Lake, sleeps 10, near Yacht Club!

Newly renovated waterfront 3 BR, 2 BA second floor townhouse located on lake LBJ. 3 min walk to HSB Resort. The unit boasts new flooring, wall covering, bathrooms, quartz, fans & fixtures throughout...you will not want once you arrive. This gem is conveniently located near the lake with day docks, swimming, fishing or water sports of your choice. The A/C blows cold and heat warms you (although only for about 3 months per year) as you need. We have a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and the refrigerator will hold all of your food and beverages regardless of stay length. Finally, the onsite pool will give you, your family and friends the perfect retreat as you plan another adventure.

Our complex has 6 day dock slips for boats and jet skis as well as a swimming pool & BBQ area. This unit is located on the second floor. Additionally, I may be able to accommodate a larger group, as I own/manage other units in close proximity, so feel free to inquire.

If you would like to bring your boat, you can potentially secure a boat marina slip during for stay for an extra fee. Please reach out to them if you are interested in this option.

The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you 48-72 hours in advance of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet will be available on-site for use during your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like wifi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures.

Horseshoe bay stay

Overall nice though the community bbq grills were not maintained and not functional (we had planned on grilling, which wasn't possible). Other than that the stay was nice.

Would recommend for small family or couples getaway

Overall 5 stars for communication, location & cleanliness. We love the master bed so much we’re buying the exact one! Accuracy: I did not realize it was on the 2nd floor but I don’t think we were loud and the floors are very thick so I doubt the neighbors beneath could hear us walking, or at least I hope we didn’t bother them. Only downfall on location is, the address is 104 ***** unit #04, so unfortunately I had a couple guests walk into unit 104 but they were really nice about it. parking is slim but we managed and had a GREAT time! 9/10 would recommend, it’s right on the lake, pool access, great views, beautiful starry sky at night with tables to sit at the docks!

Lovely cute condo! Right on Lake but Patio does not face the lake which is the only bummer! Condo was very comfortable and the pool for Condo's was clean and nice even though hot tub was not working. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome retreat for families

This place is awesome. I was able to relax by the pool with my young daughter and still watch my two teen boys jet-ski from the docks right next to the pool. Very nice condo and it’s in perfect condition.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Horseshoe Bay

Right from the beginning, we had nothing but a positive experience. Communication was quick and all questions were answered. Upon arrival, the instructions to access the unit were super easy. They did a wonderful job renovating the unit. It’s bright and clean and decorated beautifully. Had everything we could need. Right across from the marina, so it was so easy to walk there to rent jet skis. Would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Labor Day Get Away

The rental was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with all the items needed. I like the fact that extra parking was available. Having access to the boat dock was great. We will definitely try to rent this unit again.

You are literally a 5-minute walk to any of the major attractions of Horseshoe Bay proper. We boast a swimming pool, jacuzzi and boat day-dock access during your stay. Fish or get into the water just 150 feet from your front door, and enjoy amazing sunsets.
