Property was just as described … very cute and in a charming area! Owner was quick to answer any questions we had and provided great suggestions for dining and things to do in the area. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the grocery store, little shops or to grab a quick bite to eat. Also easy driving access to get to the other parts of Lake Norman to visit Jetton Park or go kayaking! There were only 2 of us but house could easily accommodate up to 6 as it is very spacious! And the convenience of parking right behind the house was so appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Had a great stay. Quite a few businesses within walking distance; I think Harris Teeter was less than a five minute walk. House was great; had everything I needed. It was quiet for being in the middle of a small town, too. 100% would stay again!

Absolutely adored this little home, was exactly as described and super close to anything you could ever need. The bed was cozy and soft, the bathroom was clean and spacious; perfect to get rewdy for date night in. Walking around the neighborhood was nice, and the local food places were great! Definitely would stay here again, hopefully for longer than 2 nights lol.

Cute home in good location

Enjoyed our stay! Home was clean and had everything we needed. It is in town, so early morning noise was sometimes a nuisance, but that's the price you pay for being so close to everything. Check in and out was easy.

Lovely Property in a Great, Convenient Location.

Husband, I and our adult daughter stayed in this pristine, well-maintained and comfortable property. We didn’t have to think of anything. Frank and Gloria were a delight to work with and very accommodating. Property very convenient to our family and things we like to do. We walked to the lake several times. Took us about 5 minutes. We definitely would entertain staying there again.

This property stands out somewhat central in the neighborhood. Parking was initally a challenge to find but once discovered it was a safe, private lot. I did not like that we couldn't access regular cable for the NCAA tournament. Overall, still an excellent stay.

Very lovely, clean property that sits within walking distance to Main St in Davidson. Everything was in place when we arrived. We needed to communicate with the host for one small thing and he was very attentive. The house had everything we needed for the 5 of us to stay, cook meals, and exist for 4 nights while we spent time with family a few blocks away. A proper Home away from Home!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! The neighborhood is nice and friendly. It was a perfect place to relax. The downtown market set the tone for our weekend. Parking was great, behind the cottage, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.
