🆕! Welcome to our Lake Norman getaway! This stylish second-floor waterfront condo offers comfort, beautiful lake views, and modern amenities. Featuring 3 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony, it's perfect for longer stays.

Enjoy nearby restaurants, boat rentals, Davidson College (15mins), and US National Whitewater Center. Unwind with high-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen Smart TVs in the main living area, primary and second bedrooms.

Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and the 150 sf covered porch. Pool (open May–September), tennis/pickleball courts just a few steps away, and Port City Club restaurant a short walk as well.

Dog-friendly! 2 small (30lbs or less) dogs max, w/ pet fee

There is lots to enjoy in the area, White Water Center, NASCAR events, horse riding , Many Golf Courses. A variety of great dining Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson and Mooresville! Uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Motor Speedway are only 20 minutes away. Birkdale Shopping Center is within a five minute drive. Jetton Park has many walking trails and playground for the children.

Lake Norman vacation

The trip was very relaxing and the house had all necessary amenities. Our kids loved the pool and swam daily. It was great to be able to bring our dog; he loved sitting on the balcony. Overall, it was a very nice vacation and we are talking about booking again next year.

It was a beautiful condo. Super clean and well furnished. Right on Lake Norman it was just beautiful. Katie was there when ever needed , which wasn’t needed she had everything we could possibly need. I will definitely go back each time I stay in Charlotte.
