La maison est très bien située, dans un quartier calme. Commerces et services à proximité.La maison est à 5 mn à pied du parc du château de Fontainebleau, à peu de distance du château et de la ville, et de la forêt. Beaucoup de jolies choses à voir et à visiter dans les environs. La maison est très propre, confortable. Bonne isolation. Lits faits à l’arrivée. Marie et François sont accueillants, agréables et très réactifs.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. Marie était réactive et gentille. Le gîte était bien situé près de la forêt et les deux matelas pour l'escalade fonctionnaient bien. Nous avons amené notre fils de 1 an et il y avait beaucoup de commodités pour l'aider. Nous recommandons un séjour ici à d'autres.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Avon verbracht. Unsere Gastgeberin Marie Venzin war sehr freundlich und sie stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Check-In Vorgang war problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist praktisch: nah am Schloßpark (zu Fuß 5min zum Park und 25-30min zum Schloß und zur Innenstadt) und 15min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof (und von dort alle 30min ein Zug in 39min nach Paris Gare de Lyon). Ein toller Bäcker war in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt in 15min. Parkplätze waren immer verfügbar. Wunderbare Wanderungen und Kletterrouten sind in der Umgebung in großer Zahl vorhanden. Die Wohnung inkl. Küche war schön und zweckmäßig mit allem nötigen und hilfreichen eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, großer Fernseher, Kamin,...) und alles war sehr sauber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Internetanbindung (Glasfaser WLAN) hat wunderbar funktioniert. Es standen Crashpads (kostenlos) und Fahrräder (optional zur Miete) zur Verfügung - perfekt! Nachteilig aus unserer Sicht sind lediglich der nicht optimale Hitzeschutz im Dachgeschosszimmer und das dritte Bett im Dachgeschoss, welches keine ebene Liegefläche bietet. Für unsere 15-jährige Tochter war es nicht sehr bequem - für kleinere Kinder ist es vermutlich kein Problem. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt bei Marie Venzin sehr empfehlen - vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Très belle location !

Location très bien située : à 2 min à pied du parc de Fontainebleau et du grand canal ; et proche de la forêt et des sites d escalade avec la voiture. Maison avec jardin clos, bien pratique avec les enfants. Bonne connexion internet : nous avons pu télétravailler à 2 sans difficulté. Maison bien équipée, séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement !
