We had to fry eggs in a wok,not a frying pan in the place!! The toaster doesn't work.Nice deck,but,loose boards, and dirty faded,cushions, kept us from going out.Landscaping was all weeds,and messy.I walked around the kitchen, living room,barefoot.The bottoms of my feet were BLACK!!I read other reviews of this property, and thought we should give this home the benefit of a doubt.Take my word....don't rent this house!!!Buy a frying pan,and toaster!!!

Sizable home. Great location. Close to Red Rocks. Kitchen and baths were okay. Basement bedrooms could benefit from better furniture staging. Backyard needs TLC. Prioritizing repairs for hazards like protruding spikes and loose boards will protect your investment and ensure a safe space.

As bare bones as it gets. We stayed here for a golf trip so barely stayed in the home. It has beds, walls, a roof and that’s about it. Zero skillets, pots are all disgusting, no shampoo. Bought food to cook at the house but forced to eat out every night. Air conditioner broke on a 95 day and owner wouldn’t answer phone calls. Answered messages on website, but was hoping for more direct communication. If all you need is a place to stay, it’ll work. If you are traveling with your family or plan on spending any amount of enjoyable time together here, I would look elsewhere.

Perfect location for my daughter’s wedding between her home and venue and rehearsal. Kitchen was perfect and had a lot of amenities. The microwave didn’t work and the basement probably could use some fixing up but overall for what we were there for was perfect and I would stay there again with my family and their spouses.

Great place to stay!

Multiple places to hangout if folks need some space or plenty of space in the open kitchen/dining/living-room area if everyone wants to be together. Quiet neighborhood with trails nearby. Close to 470 so very accessible to many activities.

Weekend visit for show at Red Rocks

House is only 15-20 minutes from Red Rocks so it worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space and overall a comfortable and “homey” vibe!

Large House

The house was big and convenient for our family to attend our brother's wedding at the Ken Caryl Vista. The downstairs rooms are massive, plenty of room for baby pack n plays or air mattresses.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and set up great gave us plenty of room to space out with multiple sitting rooms. The area was perfect none of us had any concerns we could walk the subdivision and feel safe. This house was in middle of everything we had to do.

Family getaway

We were very pleased overall with the home: cleanliness, location, amenities. The only disappointment was the landscaping crew working with their loud equiptment at 8 am, was hard to relax with my coffee and woke the kids up. Would recommend scheduling that when the house is not occupied.
