Quite comfortable and Becky was a great host. Some noise from the upstairs residents as they came and went and walked around on old wooden floors, also parking can be an issue in the area.

For future guests, parking is made made easier with a garage space available, since the street parking can fill up later in the day.
The upstairs neighbors are a firefighter and nurse who work nights (so it’s quiet overnight), you may hear them on the wood floors during the day and I will be sure to give them a nice reminder.

We had a super time here! Such a beautiful neighborhood for many walks and great restaurants just a block away. The home was very clean and comfortable, and well decorated. Needs were anticipated and all of the thoughtful extras made our stay worry free. On street parking was more of a challenge if returning late, but all in all, our stay was wonderful!

This unit is perfect! Awesome location close to everything, great layout, lovely layout and decor. The owner, Becky, was fantastic and provided many "extras" that were most appreciated. This will be our "home away from home" whenever we visit the Twin Cities!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the place was perfect. Had everything we needed and more. Becky is friendly and informative. I hope we stay again. T

Theresa and her family were just wonderful guests to host at 409 Laurel Avenue while they were in town for their daughters wedding. Great communication from beginning to the end of their stay. Would absolutely love them back anytime they are in town to visit.
It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful area of a beautiful town! We were there for the graduation of our daughter from college, and the location of this house in the Cathedral Hill area was perfect for walking to and from events and to great restaurants within a five minute walk.Becky is very communicative, and a wonderful host. There is no doubt that we would love to come visit and stay here again!

Aside from great restuarant choice's and shopping areas, you can walk and just be amazed by the beautiful historic architecture and history amongst the tree lined streets and many parks.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as described, but even better! Becky had everything covered and communicated so well! We were able to walk to our event and not worry about extra parking. We will DEFINITELY look this property up again in the future. Thanks Becky!!
Thank you for a lovely place to stay in a perfect neighborhood! There were only 2 of us, but the unit is well equipped and comfortable for 4. So many extras! Welcome snacks, great quality shower products, supplies for various things that might be forgotten - all unexpected and very much appreciated. Decor is engaging and everything was sparkling clean. The pictures don't do it justice. The neighborhood is quiet - but only a couple of blocks from some of the best restaurants in Saint Paul. Rebecca is an attentive host - very helpful but not overbearing. Thank you for your hospitality - would definitely stay here again!
This was a lovely home and great location. The home was very clean and offered all of the necessary amenities. Becky was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. We informed her of a small issue with the bathroom drain, and she immediately sent someone over to resolve the issue. Will defiitely reserve this home again on our next visit.
