Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please just generally clean up after yourselves. If towels are wet, please hang them up or put them in the tub. I will do the beds, no need to strip them.
Many people leave items in the beds especially, so that is a good place to look!
Please make sure to check the doors when you leave, it is easy to forget to lock them. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
I really liked the opportunity to have a home that is convenient to both downtowns. The home was built in 1949 and has beautiful brickwork and lends itself to a Mid-Century Modern vibe which I love! I tried to find MCM furniture where I could.
What makes this property unique
I am very health conscious and so have tried to make this home as eco-friendly as I possible. The floors were redone in water-based poly. The paints were zero or low VOC. The mattresses are natural with no chemicals. The towels are organic cotton. I had the dirty electricity mitigated and there is an option to turn off the WiFi and use ethernet cables to access the internet. I use non-toxic cleaners and the soaps and washing machine powders are eco-friendly as well. If there is anything else you need please let me know!
