It was a great location for our long weekend. Lived-in feel made it comfortable for hanging out between events. Sleeper sofas provided more beds, but not very comfortable. Have stayed before, would stay again.
We had a wonderful 2+ week stay with our family of five (kids aged 5, 3, 1). The rental had plenty of room and everything we needed, including a nice bonus room off the master for me working remotely during the stay. Robert and his family (who live on the first floor) were extremely friendly and welcoming. They had plenty of toys in the yard to help keep my young kids entertained in the yard. Thank you for the lovely stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this St. Anthony’s Park VRBO. The space was very clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of clean towels and extra sheets available. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous with tons of mature trees and native plants to enjoy while walking and a five minute walk to a small town area with shops and restaurants. The only improvement needed would be making the key easier to get in and out of the locks. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it and come back in the future.
The property was great. My only issue is the trouble I am having obtaining an invoice after our stay. I can only find a copy of the "VRBO Fee" invoice. I can find no phone number to call for help from VRBO, This, no help line, is a disappointment.

A convenient stay for our intensive at Luther Seminary- within walking distance in a darling neighborhood. Good price- especially once split 4-ways. Space was clean. However, be aware: it's definitely an older space and the bathroom and kitchen are showing their age. Also, the kitchen was woefully understocked. Although there are 4 beds, there was only 2 bowls in the cabinet and only 1 drinking glass, the rest plastic kid cups. Also, the host was not near as responsive as other experiences I've had- usually took half a day at least to receive a response. Wasn't given check in instructions until I asked, etc... Host allowed us to use the shared washer & dryer, which was great. Also, bedding was microfiber sheets (polyester) and not great quality.
We met family members in St Paul so that we could visit the Como zoo, do some shopping at ikea and meet a new baby in the family. This residence was everything that we needed, clean and cozy, and centrally located. We enjoyed ourselves very much!
Upon our arrival to this residence, when we entered the doorway, it was an overwhelming smell air freshener so strong as sooner or later was able to open the window. The smell was nauseating. There were framed pictures on the stairs as you walk up to the unit, kind of a hazard to walk by with suitcases. The unit at first glanced look clean and organize however, there was still a smell of very loud room deodorizer. There were window, air conditioners, going in four of the rooms, dining room and all three bedrooms. I could still smell the deodorizer. This was advertise as a child, friendly yard and a nice place to lounge. It was not there was no cushions on the lounge, chairs and piles of leaves and tools and very hazardous walkways in the backyard. There was paint peeling off the walls and deodorizer is hanging from the bedroom closet. Around the front of the bathtub it looks to be Some type of scum in the left corner where the tub meets the floor. Above the location of this unit was superb. There are many parts of this house that was in your repair. But the house was clean, but not really child, friendly and comfortable to be on the outside. The inside was a hazard as far as the paint from the walls I’ve supplied pictures. I have no other words to describe this unit. Back stairs to get to the washing machine, cluttered and smelly.

Stay was just ok, I first never got the PIN number for door. He gave it to me, then found out he changed it, so had to wait till he got home to be able to get in, few hours later. The house fit the purpose, was nice and cold after a very hot wkend. Beds ok. Toilet needs fixed.
It was quite cold during our stay; but we always arrived back to out toasty warm "home." The gas logs were really nice on a cold evening! It was very welcoming. Apt is truly spotless. Owner/manager is very responsive. Kitchen is adequate although, it would have been nice if there had been jut a bit of coffee there for us. We made the trip to Speedy's to gather what we needed, and all was well.My only improvement suggestion would be that the mattresses are quite hard. Of course, this is entirely subjective....others may like them that way.
Rated down a little because the floors are creaky, I felt like I may be waking folks up below me every time I got it of bed. Otherwise, nice place with everything I needed.
Our stay was problem free and very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed, street parking and access to the unit was clear and easy.

Great location but needs some TLC
This property is clean on the surface but needs a little TLC; uncomfortable mattresses, dirty/broken blinds, moldy caulk and rotting wood around the tub, inadequate number of operational smoke detectors, limited kitchen supplies, etc. It is definitely in need of some updates and maintenance. We took a chance on this one because of the amazing location, but will not be booking this property again.
Needed someplace to stay during house projects. This was a very family friendly place to stay. Kitchen has essentials for varied cooking, found mattresses, towels, linens etc very comfortable. Plenty of extras in closets etc. Host left toys and books for kiddo. Neighborhood walkable and beuatif.
My wife and I stayed at this upper floor apartment for four nights. Everything was great. Very clean. Nice hardwood floors. Lots of space. Full dining room for those who need it. Kitchen is well stocked for those who want to cook. The neighborhood is beautiful—great for evening walks. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Checkin was a little confusing, but easy. Owner lives on property and was there to let us in. House is old and in need of some minor repairs, which are ongoing. Space was too big for a couple, but location was perfect for us.
Beautiful neighborhood, nice property and very convenient for what we needed to be close to our family in the neighborhood.
