This house is modernized with full 1080P wall mounted TVs and a mini LED 65” TV with full 4k ability in the living room. Stay engaged with YouTube TV and full Sunday Ticket, to watch your favorite teams on Sunday!

New carpets fill the first and second floor living spaces. The main living area is tastefully decorated, taking advantage of the 9’ ceilings throughout the main floor. This property is equipped with burrow brand real wood furniture, a Crate and Barrel sectional couch alongside a US made, hand crafted, iron forged walnut coffee table. This spacious interior flows through into an open concept dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances. You’ll find this space well outfitted for cooking and entertaining with dinner settings for eight, and a full complement of glassware for virtually every occasion. ceramic cookware pairs well with the vented natural gas range, a travelling chef’s dream!

Walk across the kitchen for a stop at the coffee nook, or step outside to a fully fenced in outdoor patio equipped with seating for six, and a full gas grill.

The bedrooms are well equipped, with queen beds, high quality linens and pillows, wall mounted HD televisions and full closets.

A third bedroom upstairs sleeps up to two more with two twin beds, and a kids play space with coloring utensils, blocks and train set.

The upstairs living area has a full sized electronic bubble hockey table, the perfect pre or post game hockey experience! This space is perfect for kids and adults. Lounge on the Koala sofa bed, or the corduroy brand full sized bean bag chair while watching the fun unfold! This space can transforms to sleep three additional guests between the queen sized pullout bed sleeping two and the bean bag, which converts to a full sized bed when removed from the cover.

A second bathroom connects to this upstairs living space, equipped with a full shower and ample space for dressing, vanity, and getting ready for a fun night out!

Great house! Perfect alternative to hotel rooms that offer no gathering space for after the Wild game. Kitchen was perfectly set up for cooking dinner and breakfast. Host was very responsive and friendly and offered options for shuttle to and from Grand Casino Arena. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Host was very welcoming, place was very clean and equipped with all the essentials. My entire family felt very comfortable and safe. Snow was shoveled before arrival AND he also provided extra materials to be sure we had everything for our thanksgiving. I reached out after hours regarding how to work the tv’s and he responded IMMEDIATELY and that meant a lot to my stepdad because of his sports. Perfect stay!

Dave is a fantastic host! The location of the house couldn’t be better for Wild fans or anyone going to the Grand Casino Arena for other events. It’s a quick 20-30 minute walk from the house to the arena and there are restaurants and bars all along the walk. Dave is great to deal with on any information you might need about the area. Highly recommend this site for families also. The bubble hockey is awesome! It’s always great to have a little tourney with your kids between hockey games at the Grand.

The neighborhood was the original St Paul, going back to the late 1800s. Access to local hospitals and downtown events appealed to us when acquiring this property to convert to a short term rental.

What makes this property unique

Proximity to downtown, with local shuttles and restaurants nearby. Great care and investment was made in outfitting this property with all the modern conveniences while retaining much of its original historic charm.
