We loved our stay at this property. It was very spacious. Parking was easy and it was quiet. It's very difficult to find places that allow pets (more than 1 pet especially) so this place was great! Also a great location for accessing Frogtown, downtown St. Paul, and Minneapolis. We will definitely be back.

The property owner was quick to respond to me each time I needed to contact him. He was receptive to my changing needs as well. The property was conveniently located which made getting around very easy.

HOSTS BE AWARE!!! Shawn and his friends stayed for only 10 days but left more trash than our other guests who stayed for months to a year. Piles of Pizza boxes, shoe boxes, and all towels were on the floor. All dishes were left on the countertop, even unused ones. Dining table was completely covered by food and grease. Almost felt like it was done intentionally. We set up one extra beds before your arrival, and made another trip for the 4th bed upon your request. We never needed to do that for any other guests for the fours years being a host. Made another trip to fix the TV issue, which was simply fixed by re-plugging in the TV. The laundry work was of course double the normal load for the cleaners.
