About this property

Our (240 square foot) property is nestled on 4 acres in Cosby, TN and is conveniently located near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, the National Park, Newport and Cherokee-NC. Come and visit this beautiful and secluded property. There is a unique charm that anyone will enjoy. Whether it be your honeymoon or just a quick getaway the "Roaming|Ava" cabin is perfect for you. This space has been named after our daughter Ava and features some of her artwork. This is our version of a gypsy caravan wrapped up into a little tiny house. We hope you enjoy this special place!

Are you comfortable being in the middle of nowhere?
Are you comfortable sleeping in a bed 2 inches smaller than a queen with roughly 3 ft of space between the mattress and the ceiling at its Highest point? *** Loft bed ceiling is at a pitch, lowest space is approximately 1 1/2 ft.
If you are booking for a 3 person stay, are you comfortable with limited INDOOR space?

This is a TRUE TINY HOUSE. Entire living space is only 240 sq ft.
This property is extremely SECLUDED, in a heavily wooded area surrounded by WILDLIFE. No STREETLIGHTS around.
Our reservation rates reflect the most unique experience with the upmost seclusion you cannot find anywhere else.

Bed is a loft style, only a double/full size mattress (Smaller than a QUEEN)
Sofa is NOT a sleeper, you must ask for the twin cot.
Sofa is not standard size, it is loveseat size, (settee)
This is a true tiny house, so everything is smaller.
There is a $50 NON-refundable pet fee PER pet due prior to arrival.

It’s a beautiful tiny cozy cabin

This place could be excellent for a couple that wants privacy. The cabin is very cute and cozy. The kitchen is very small, but enough for two people. The hot tube has a beautiful view of the woods. You will need a vehicle that has 4wd/AWD. I ignored that part of the description thinking my car would make it but it didn’t, however, we did a good workout by walking up the hill from the entrance to the cabin. We enjoyed our staying! :)

Lovely little cabin for 2 peaceful we enjoyed immensely

A peaceful location, nice ambience, love the rocking chairs on the front porch, I would definitely recommend, property owners in contact and easy to reach if need be. Me and my husband enjoyed will definitely come back!

Beautiful and Secluded

This property was beautifuly decorated and built. It’s a tiny cabin but it was perfect and functional for us. The owners were very Accommodating and even left out a big fluffy dog bed on the back porch and a new bone. I thought that was super nice. They also have a lot of games on the property like corn hole and Phase 10 but that’s just a few.

Worst ever imagined

Details not given until I paid and even then not readable. One room, no bed, no blankets, stayed about 2 hours and had to pay to stay in a motel. Never again
