About this property

This condo is located right on the beach and just steps away from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf and sugar-white sandy beach. Being right in the heart of Orange Beach, it is in a great location convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.

This condo is very fun and colorful with tropical decor throughout. You will love the open concept kitchen, dining and living area and is a great place to gather and visit with friends and family. Kitchen as beautiful counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with all you need while away on vacation. There is seating in the dining area, as well as bar stools along kitchen bar area for extra seating if needed.

Off of the living room is a balcony with Gulf front views! Be careful, you will fall in love with our Alabama sunsets and won't want to leave!

There are two spacious bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms and access to the Gulf front balcony. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large private bathroom with jetted tub, and a balcony door that leads to shared balcony off of living room entrance. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with tub/shower combination, and door to balcony. You will find additional sleeping for two on the queen sofa sleeper in living room.

We want you to feel comfortable here while staying and make yourself at home! There is a large flat screen TV in living room and bedrooms, free Wifi, Keurig, as well as traditional coffee pot, wet bar with ice maker, washing machine and dyer, and comfortable furnishings throughout unit.

If you love to fish, you will absolutely love this condo!! Four Seasons is a wonderful resort with many amenities. It is a one-of-a-kind complex in Orange Beach with a great fishing pier that extends 702 ft into the Gulf of Mexico. Only guests at Four Seasons are allowed to use the pier! If you have children who have never fished before, what a great place to stay for your next vacation!

There is also an indoor and outdoor pool, and gym for guests enjoyment.

Great place

Loved the layout, access to balconies with great views! Love indoor pool, nice to get out of sun. I will say if you plan on sleeping 6…. The pullout bed is not sleep worthy. Regular beds are great.

Awesome location

We loved the property! Great location. Beautiful views from the balcony! The private pier is well maintained and a great place to hang out or do a little fishing. The condo was well equipped and the wet bar has an ice machine that makes enough ice to fill a decent sized cooler every day. The beach has rental chairs and umbrellas available already set up each morning. We had a couple questions and were answered immediately. Very happy with our stay!

Family gathering

We were very satisfied with the floor plan of the condo. We had 4 generations for part of our time together. Those who elected to retire early for the evening weren't bothered by the folks who stayed up playing games. Kitchen and laundry room were adequate and well equipped. The condo had not been cleaned well upon our arrival. Food crumbs in the dining room chairs and on the sofa, sand on the floors. We felt the need to vacuum and mopped the first day of our stay. We even cleaned door facings and door handles due to their being sticky. Fruit flies were terrible despite the traps that had been left in the rooms. We tried many remedies to get rid of them during our 2 week stay but they were still there! Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our time together and certainly enjoyed Orange Beach.

Only 1 car allowed, wasn’t full at all plenty of parking for another vehicle we had to park down street at Publix had to go check on car everyday No hot tub
