The Space:
This luxurious home is perfect for large groups looking to relax and enjoy the novelties of Nantucket. The professionally designed space boasts an open concept layout outfitted with modern coastal décor. Enjoy the island air while grilling on the outdoor patio, or unwind from a day of exploring in the spacious living areas. This listing includes our entire Nantucket compound with a main house, carriage house, and guest cottage that sleep up to 27, and are tailored to help you make your island experience memorable.

-Private, heated pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Please note that the guest cottage does not have a cooking space or a refrigerator.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located near surfside neighborhood of Nantucket. This family-friendly area is frequented by locals and visitors alike looking to explore the streets and the beach. The center has small shops, restaurants, and markets, only 15 minutes from our residence. The shoreline is easily accessible by several neighboring beaches, and downtown Nantucket is just a short bike ride away via the Surfside and Milestone Road Paths.

Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. There are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals near our home; Island Bike Company Inc. and Easy Rider Bicycle Rentals. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Hertz Rentals is about a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Nantucket is just a shuttle or 20 min bike ride from our home, so you can go from beach to town in no time. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
