Everything there for all family needs in Nantucket. Solid house in good location within 5-10 minute drive of everything, convenient parking and priced fair for Nantucket especially with pool as long as know it will be expensive. Only wish is that they install digital lock so not need physical key Very responsive owner and caretaker

The house was perfect! It was even better than expected. Extremly clean, spacious, and great location 15 mins walk to town. James and Katelyn were responsive and helpful. They provided information for groceries, child-related needs, bike rentals, etc. I really can’t say enough amazing things about their home and I would jump at the opportunity to stay here again.

This home was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The location was perfect-an easy walk to town and short bike ride to places like Cisco Brewery. The pool was fantastic and used extensively throughout the entire two week stay. House layout was very good. All bedrooms had en-suite baths and were well-appointed. Excellent laundry. Minor issues were upstairs AC that seemed to not work consistently and a caffe pot that leaked water. Everything else was the best ! Highly recommend this house.

We had a great weekend at 6.5 Winn Street! It is a lovely house and it was so fun to be able to walk into town. The house was perfect for our group of friends.

We had 4 couples staying at the house, as we were on the island for a wedding. The house and amenities were excellent and the close walk to town was very convenient. Would definitely look to stay again!

Friends wedding weekend

We had an amazing time at this house! It was perfect for our group of friends, plenty of space and loved that we all had our own bathrooms. Proximity to town was great. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great weekend away! The homeowner was very responsive to any questions. A few issues came up while we were there and they responded within 15 minutes and sent someone out to help! Great location and the pool was an added bonus for everyone.

Great house for a large group

We were thrilled with the house. Lots of space, and full bathrooms in every bedroom made it ideal for our group with numerous couples and toddlers. Easy walking distance to downtown. Check-in was easy, and the property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions throughout our stay.

Jacks Nantucket wedding

Amazing spot - Nantucket is 48 square miles and this location is walkable from downtown, if eager. The interior space is fantastic, all new with plenty of bathrooms and overall extremely comfortable. We would rent here again
