This building was built in 1894 and was the home to the superintendent of the Cal Pak Cannery up until the 1930’s. The space has two wonderful guest suites that each have their own TV, sitting area and outside door. Guests have a very large bathroom and kitchen. The backyard features a very clean and usable space for relaxing and eating. The home offers one off street parking space. The neighborhood is centrally located just a 5 minute walk to Railroad Square.

The home is located in West End Neighborhood of Downtown Santa Rosa. This is an urban area. You can walk, ride a bike and take a train to other parts of Sonoma County. You will also be exposed to a wide range of people. The home is located across from a playhouse located in the old cannery. Please note that street parking can be tight at certain times. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants, a bakery, tap rooms, close to coffee houses and shopping. Just about the most urban area in Sonoma County.

Other Things to Note:
This home is not in a vineyard it’s in Downtown Santa Rosa. Note quiet hours between 9pm-8am due to city noise ordinance - maximum 4 sleeping guest - 2 daytime visitors. 2 off street parking spaces - SVR23-059
