My husband and I stayed at this cottage for 3 weeks in March and it worked great for us. It’s very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Emily is a great host with excellent communication skills and provided extras such as coffee pods, milk, yogurt, bottle of wine, dish soap, etc. We loved the location, walkable to downtown and close to highways for exploring the area. I highly recommend this property.
Really great to be able to walk downtown from here. We figured out one of the streets was just a tad sketchy, but no big deal as there were other choices. Big Russian River brewing fans, so that was great! Amenities were plentiful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very attentive host. Just a word of caution with the driveway...we had two cars and there is a hedge along the way to the back, which we had to swing out a little to pull in and got some scratches on them, but really our own fault. Other than that, very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
Emily’s communication was very good. It was a cute little cottage fully stocked with everything that you need. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the yard in the front. Thank you, Emily.
Such a lovely stay-property is cozy, bed is comfortable, location is superb! Was excellent for day trips (redwoods, wine tours, etc) but also perfect to settle in at the end of the day, walk to downtown for dinner, wine, beer. Cute outdoor space as well. Highly recommend!
I had a great stay at this cozy VRBO cottage while attending a K9 training program. The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short 1.5-block walk to a lovely neighborhood park—perfect for unwinding after training sessions. The backyard was a great bonus, with a picnic table to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient stay!
The West End cottage presented as advertised, conveniently located in the historic area of Santa Rosa within walking distance of old town. The cottage had all the comforts of home, was quiet and peaceful.
This sweet cottage in a very pleasant neighborhood was exactly what my husband and I needed for 4 days while he recovered from a surgical procedure. It had everything we needed and had extras stocked by Emily, including Keurig coffee, wine and yogurt. There was a small dog park across from the awesome cafe nearby (Criminal Baking Company.) Thank you, Emily, for the lovely space! I enjoyed the surrounding area too. Would love to go back when we go to Santa Rosa area again, but we will visit for fun, not surgery, next time!
This cottage in Santa Rosa’s West End neighborhood had everything we needed for my birthday weekend. The wine and milk provided by the host was a really nice touch. Bed was comfy, easy check in, everything worked well, close to good restaurants.
This was a cute little cottage with some vintage cottage decor and some modern amenities. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood behind another house. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
This is a cute little unit located right near downtown Santa Rosa and located at the back of a property behind the main house. I believe the owners have done a great job with what they have. While the layout is a little odd, the entire place has charm and is well equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked (the fresh creamer for coffee and plentiful k-cups are a great touch), there are plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. The bed is pretty firm, so be aware of that if you prefer a softer mattress. The living room is very small, and the couch is firm and a bit uncomfortable to sit on, so not great for lounging. As a base for exploring Santa Rosa and surrounding areas it works just fine. The communication with the host was excellent. If you’re looking for clean, comfortable, convenient place this is for you.
We were so happy to stay here! We parked the car upon arrival and didn’t need it again until it was time to go home. Santa Rosa is such a nice little city and the bike ride to Sebastopol was perfect. We’d be happy to make this trip again and stay here again.
This is a cute house in a perfect location. Close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood. The Santa Rosa Creek trail is close by for a relaxing stroll. The owner was easy to reach and really helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
