Summary:
Boulder Creek Retreat-5 min. drive from historic Mariposa, 30 miles (45 min-1 hr.) from Yosemite’s entrance on Hwy. 140). Oak trees, huge boulders, and a seasonal creek, this quaint 2 bed/2 bath home is a restful oasis for adult couples or a couple friends. A max of 4 guests ages 13+.

The Space:
Surrounded by huge boulders and a seasonal creek, Boulder Creek Retreat offers a contemporary remodeled home with an open floor plan. We've done the remodeling, decor, and beautified the grounds to bring you a restful oasis.

Inside you'll find:
Living room with a smart tv, dvd player, and movies

Kitchen with most everyday essentials – pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffeemaker…
We supply regular and decaf ground coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and sugar.

Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, linens, (alarm clock if requested), and a floor oscillating fan. (We ask that guests sleep in queen beds only. No nightly sleeping on floor or any other furniture.)

Two bathrooms, one attached to bedroom 1, the other across from bedroom 2. Each bathroom has linens, a hairdryer, toothbrush holder, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Office with a small desk, oscillating fan, and a book case with a few books, puzzles, and games.

Dining room with a large dining room table and also seating overlooking the kitchen.

Laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and also bbq grill utensils.

Outdoors you find:
A front covered deck overlooking the seasonal creek, bbq grill, and a picnic table. A fire pit will be present when in season. The back covered porch offers nice views as the sun sets. Hopefully the deer and turkeys will drop by. =)

Other things to note
- Due to COVID19 and additional restrictions
check in time is 4:00PM
check out time is: 11:00AM
We are unable to accommodate an early check in or late checkout.

- A max of 4 guests incl. children 13+. Guests are to sleep in the provided comfy queen beds only. No sleeping on the floor or any other furniture.

- Our property is suited for well supervised 13+ due to the boulder drop off into a cave.

- While roaming about the mountains, cell reception can be spotty and some areas may have no service. Verizon works best. We have wifi in our home.

- The sail shade/umbrella will be taken down for the rainy season.

- The rains bring tall grasses:
Especially after the rainy season (April-August), outside grounds maintenance may be needed during your stay but only while you're away from the home.

Disinfecting and cleaning have always been and continue to be a top priority.
Between stays, we pay extra attention to and disinfect areas that are touched regularly, such as doorknobs, keypads, stove knobs, washer/dryer knobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, mini blind wands, lamp and light switches…Our reviews speak for themselves. Getting Around:
The YARTS Bus can take you to Yosemite if you are unable to get reservations or if you would prefer to sit back and enjoy the ride through the Merced River Canyon into the beautiful park.

I am available for general questions from 8am-10pm every day and available 24/7 for emergencies.
