Charming love nest in Paris
In the heart of the 17th arrondissement, this cozy 55 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in the City of Light.
It's ideal for a romantic getaway.

Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day's walking.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Fan, Fireplace, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located at the foot of the Pereire Levallois subway station.
You'll find a "MONOPRIX" supermarket 400 m from the building for your everyday needs.
There are also many restaurants in the area:

- Parc Monceau 10 minutes' walk away;
- Arc de Triomphe 15 minutes by bus;
- the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes by subway;

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos.

RER C and Line 3: Pereire Levallois station: at the foot of the apartment.
- Bus :
Lines 93 and 63: Pereire - Le Chatelier station: 3-minute walk.
Lines 84 and 165: Porte de Courcelles station: 4-minute walk.

- From Paris-Orly airport: 43 minutes by cab.
