The apartment was perfect for our stay and suited our needs for our week in Paris. There were many restaurants in the neighborhood and close to the metro. The apartment is located within a private courtyard entrance which services other apartments as well. It was very quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and responded in a very timely manner. I had some difficulty submitting my payment most likely due to it being sent from the US to France, but they were very helpful and offered alternate payment options. Be aware that the bedroom is located up a set of somewhat steep steps and no handrail. If you are looking for affordable and clean accommodations, I would definitely recommend this apartment.
