Loft-like 2-room roof terrace apartment, on the upper floor, facing the garden, approx. 145 m² with open fireplace and its own secluded roof terrace of approx. 50 m².

In the middle of the island of Mallorca, in the small, original country town of SENCELLES, there is the 17th century exit towards INCA. Century mansion
"Can Mavi."
The historic property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded approx. 800 m² garden with pool was extensively renovated, modernized and converted in September 2012, while maintaining the traditional Mallorcan style.
The "Can Mavi" has five spacious and functional apartments.
The architecture of the building reflects the once majestic Mallorcan style and combines the traditional building elements with modern equipment and all the amenities you could want for a relaxing and relaxing stay.
On your own, secluded roof terrace you can have your self-prepared breakfast and after sunbathing you can end the day undisturbed with a glass of wine on one of the warm summer evenings.
The large salon on the ground floor with an open fireplace and access to the garden with its large palm trees, the central olive tree, the Bucanville and the small romantic fountain is available to all tenants, as is the pool with loungers and parasols.

SENCELLES:
The location on the outskirts of the town of Sencelles offers the possibility of direct contact with the Mallorcan residents. Be it in one of the small pubs in town, on the market day on Wednesday or in one of the shops for daily needs. For shopping you drive about 10 minutes to INKA, or 20 minutes to PALMA.
For a relaxing day at the beach you need about 30 minutes driving time on small Mallorcan country roads, through the typical Mediterranean landscape of the island center to the natural beach of MURO or to the lively beach life to ALCUDIA and to surfing or kiting to PORT POLLENCA.

Beautiful Apartment - the website photos do not do it justice
Very relaxing place to stay. Lots of space. Everything we needed down to coffee makers (a choice of about 4), cling film, etc, etc - just add food and wine. Sencelles is great (as long as you want it quiet) - 3 or 4 bars/restaurants - we settled on two that we really liked (Molico and S'Arquitecte) and went several times to both. Martin, the apartment manager/owner is very friendly and relaxed. We will be back!

Unglaublich schönes Haus
Wir haben knapp acht Tage im Loft mit der großen Dachterrasse gewohnt und es war einfach fantastisch. Von der Begrüßung durch Martin, über das wunderschöne Loft, das liebevoll eingerichtete übrige Haus, die schönen Gemeinschaftsräume bis hin zum sehr gepflegten und wunderschönen Garten. Das Haus und das Loft werden durch unzählige tolle Bilder der Eigentümer geschmückt und es entfaltet dadurch seinen ganz eigenen und sehr persönlichen Charakter. Der Garten ist traumhaft mit vielen bunten Blumen und Büschen, grünem Rasen, Palmen und einem super schönen Pool. Man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und durch die nur 5 Zimmer/Appartements hat man selbst, wenn alle Gäste im Garten sind, dennoch seine Ruhe. Das Konzept ist sehr familiär und ich mochte besonders die Idee der Gemeinschaftsküche. So kommt man auch mit den anderen Gästen in Kontakt, sofern man dies wünscht. Wir hatten unsere eigene Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber war. Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Insbesondere die große, uneinsehbare Dachterrasse war ein zusätzlicher Traum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Ort oder auch im nur 10 Minuten entfernten Inca (Aldi, Lidl usw ...). Martin stand immer für Fragen bereit und war täglich zum gießen der Pflanzen vor Ort. Wir sind gut erholt und mit einem weinenden Auge wieder nach Hause gefahren, kommen aber bestimmt und sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wohlfühlurlaub in tollem Ambiente
Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns direkt wohl im Can Mavi. Die beiden Inhaber waren regelmäßig vor Ort und gaben gerne Tipps und Anregungen. Haus und Wohnung sind großzügig, komfortabel und absolut sauber. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und wird durch die schönen großformatigen Bilder des Inhabers, die im ganzen Haus zu finden sind, nochmals aufgewertet. Der gemeinsam genutzte Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Relaxen ein, der Pool ist klein aber für eine kleine Erfrischung ausreichend. Wer lieber für sich ist findet auf der eigenen Dachterrasse ausreichend Platz und Ruhe. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich super, von der Gartendusche über die Strandmatte bis hin zum Kosmetiktuch war alles vorhanden. Durch die zentrale Lage im Ort sind Supermärkte und einige Restaurants auch zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen, wir Landeier brauchten allerdings ein/zwei Tage, um uns an die Geräuschkulisse des Dorfes zu gewöhnen. Der Erholungsfaktor ist dennoch absolut gegeben, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
