Calm studio with a view of the rooftops of Paris which overlooks a quiet courtyard.
This accommodation is perfectly located between the Sentier and Montorgueil districts.
Comfortable studio ideally located in the heart of the capital, just few minutes by you will find many good restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museum etc.
The apartment is equipped with good bedding and a large 140/200 bed .
A kitchenette area with hotplates, sink, refrigerator, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils.
A bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC are at your complete disposal in the accommodation.
A closet is also available.
Wifi works free throughout the apartment.

A professional housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping and ensures that linens and towels are changed before and after stays.

The studio is located on the 5th floor without elevator, actually 4 floors and 5 small private steps to access the apartment.
