Comfortable and newly furnished little studio, within walking distance of the main attractions of Paris.

The studio has one main room, with a bed which can be "stored" on the ceiling (murphy bed), very comfortable, leaving you with a real living room.

There is a large TV with Netflix (you will need your own Netflix account, with the new netflix policy), watchable from the bed which will be ready upon your arrival with hotel-quality linen.

You will also have access to a small kitchen, with a micro-wave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, electric stoves and a kettle. Everything you need to cook and eat is available in the studio.

The shower is spacious and comfortable and separated toilets are also available in the studio.

Fresh towels and shampoos will also be provided for your stay.

The studio is located on the ground floor, in a quiet courtyard.

We don't have the channels on the TV, however it is a smart TV with netflix (you will need your own Netflix account, with the new netflix policy) and other streamline platforms.

Please note that there are no closets as such in the apartment (except those for storing cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils) - the apartment isn't particularly suited for large suitcases! However, you can hang your most precious clothes on hangers and suspend them from the racks next to the bed.

You have access to the entire studio.

You can enjoy the courtyard in front, as long as your respect the neighbours.

The flat is very accessible by public transport, the nearest metro station is Strasbourg Saint-Denis (Lines 4 8, 9) - less than 1 minute away on foot. There's also Reamur Sebastopol (Lines 3, 4) just 4 mins away. From these stations, you can go to almost anywhere in Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is around 40 minutes drive from the flat.

The studio is located on the ground floor.

The bed is a murphy bed: at night, you will take it down to sleep, and during the day you can put it up, to enjoy the living room, and set up the table and chairs.

The flat is tiny (10square meters) but well appointed and organised.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
