★ Home is secured by Vivint 4 surveillance cameras located on the exterior - 2 at the front, 1 at the back and 1 at the side - of the building.
The coverage area include: front porch, driveway, side lawn and backyard
★ The building is a duplex on a corner lot (no neighbors on the left) with the 2nd unit of the duplex (on the right) occupied. This home has a fully fenced backyard and separated from the other duplex. The entry and exit doors are not connected at all and they do not share the same heating, cooling and ventilation system.
★★ We do not accept/receive mails at the home. If you need to receive mail, you can set up a P.O. Box at the post office (the post office is less than 5mins drive)
