It is located very close to the Canal des deux mers greenway, near the many bastides of Lot & Garonne .
This family home is a high-end place for holidays, weekends with friends or getting together with family & enjoying the pool in the summer season!
You will fall under the spell of the large spaces tastefully decorated: whitewashed walls, waxed concrete, upcycled furniture, in a chic country atmosphere.
On the ground floor: large fitted kitchen, spacious living room, spacious dining room, the Pimpinella suite bedroom, English lounge with foosball, library & wood stove.
Upstairs, the Acacia suite , the Fig Blossom room, the Strawberry Tree Tribe room, the Meadow roomAll rooms are air-conditioned and feature a walk-in shower and private toilet.
Reading room & children's playroom or yoga deck.
The ground floor bedroom is equipped with a private shower room & accessible toilet (not air-conditioned)
The bedding is 90 x 190 cm with the option of 180 x 190 cm & the mattresses are made of hemp

The lap pool is open from mid-April to mid-October (heated depending on the weather), 3 x 10 meters, salt water, 1.40 meters deep, with an electric cover.
