This 4th floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 balcony villa is located in the premier oceanfront resort of Villamare. You will enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from each window and balcony. This villa has one of the closest access in Villamare to the ocean and overlooks the swimming pool.

Highlights include: redesigned, larger open flow kitchen with a large 4` by 7` island with seating for 4, granite counter tops and 30% increased counter space; added a large 4` wide pantry, new maple cabinets with 50% more cabinet space, full size stainless appliances including oversized washer and dryer; added a dining room with dining room table seating for 7, increased living room size with brand new sofas, 2 new chairs, and large flat screen TV; redesigned bathrooms with new vanities, granite vanity tops, and tiled showers; Porcelain tiled floors throughout, opened up entry way, fresh paint throughout, all new furniture, bedding and new, fully stocked kitchen; smooth ceilings, crown molding, new doors and new lighting. No detail has been overlooked.
