This beautiful Villamare condominium is directly oceanfront! The Kitchen contains custom cabinetry, granite countertops, bar seating for three and is fully equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. Just beyond the Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for four.
The Living Room has been completely designer updated with a contemporary beach theme in mind to include new furniture and accents along with a mounted flat screen TV.
The main bedroom suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, slider access to the private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large jetted tub along with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. It also has along a microwave and mini-fridge. The third bedroom has two double beds with a flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a large jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.
