The apartment is located in a completely renovated 2-family house in the Schkeuditz district of Dölzig. The house is quietly located in the village center but is also conveniently located for Halle / Schkeuditz airport, the A9 motorway and Leipzig city center. By bike or on foot you can get across fields to the adjacent floodplain forest, which invites you to beautiful and relaxing hikes. Surrounded by the Leipzig lake landscape
many excursion destinations of a cultural, historical and rural, relaxing nature.

Equipped with 2 bedrooms, a combined living and dining room, kitchen, large and comfortable bathroom and a guest toilet, the apartment is ideal for 5 residents. A cot could be added. You can also use free WiFi throughout the apartment. Our "Fuchsbau" from 1930 was completely renovated in 2011 and lovingly prepared by us. The upper living area is occupied by ourselves, we offer the apartment on the ground floor as a holiday apartment from October 2014. Modern supply technology and high-quality equipment offer living comfort in an idyllic setting. A terrace attached to the apartment invites you to breakfast outdoors.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der schönen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Die Nähe zu Leipzig (Stadtmitte ca. 15km) war ideal.

An alles gedacht

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten mit Dusche UND Badewanne - genial! Außerdem noch zusätzlich ein WC, sehr perfekt. Eine Terrasse hat noch alles abgerundet.

Ruhig, großzügig und gut ausgestattet

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Nicht Stadtnah aber ruhig und auf Grund der Größe von Leipzig ist mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar. Herausragend ist die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Gern wieder!

FeWo für 5 Personen

Geräumige modernisierte FeWo für 5 Personen, nur etwas verwinkelt. Angenehme Betten, Parkplatz auf dem Hof, großes Bad, separates Kinderzimmer. WLAN zwar vorhanden, leider kein schnelles Netz.
