About this property

Perfect for trade fair visitors as well as for those curious about Leipzig

The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn built. He lived in it with his family and employees. In GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated apartment building and rent the two apartments on the upper floor and the attic if we do not need them ourselves or are not rented out as furnished apartments in the long term.

We look forward to welcoming you to our green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of downtown Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes from the center of Leipzig.

The apartment is located in the fully developed attic of the old villa and has its very special charm with the exposed beams. In addition to two bedrooms, each with a double bed, the apartment has a gallery with two single beds.

The living and dining room with the gallery is very open and invites you to eat and relax. The living area is extended by the spacious loggia with a view of the garden and the city center of Schkeuditz.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine.) The bathroom offers plenty of space and has both a shower and a bathtub.

Tolle Vermieter, tolle Wohnung. Eine Kleinigkeit.... In der Küche ist wenig Wasserdruck auf der Spüle. Sonst gab es nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank.

Hallo ! Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Stimmt - ist nicht ganz so nah - aber mit dem Auto ganz schnell. Da die A9 sowie die A14 eine direkte Abfahrt zu Schkeuditz haben und die Abfahrt zur Messe die nächste in Richtung Dresden ist buchen Messegäste sowie Aussteller gerne unsere Wohnungen.

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Sie ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar netterweise von der S-Bahn abgeholt. Die Nähe zu Leibzig ist mit 17 Minuten mit der S-Bahn sehr angenehm.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke sind in 2min zu erreichen. Nach Leipzig Hbf sind es mit der S-Bahn nur ca. 10min und die Haltestelle in Schkeuditz erreicht man zu Fuß ebenfalls in ca. 10min - man ist also nicht auf das Auto angewiesen, wenn man in die Stadt möchte. In dem kleinen Ort Wolteritz (ca. 15min von Schkeuditz entfernt) befindet sich ein sehr schöner Badesee, wo man ohne großen Aufwand bzw. ohne lange Fahrzeiten etwas am Wasser entspannen kann. Den Tip mit dem Schladitzer See bekamen wir auf Nachfrage von der Vermieterin Frau Fischer, welche uns insgesamt sehr freundlich empfangen hat und jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stand. Also nochmals vielen Dank an Familie Fischer für den gelungenen Aufenthalt und alles Gute!

Super Urlaub dank toller Ferienwohnung mit freundlichen Vermietern

Wir, zwei Familien mit je einem Kind, haben sehr schöne gemeinsame Tage über Ostern gehabt! Schkeuditz/Leipzig war ungefähr gleichweit von unseren Heimatorten entfernt. Somit viel die Wahl auf die großzügige Ferienwohnung von Familie Fischer. Es war alles drin was man braucht,. Es sah aus, wie auf der FEWO Seite beschrieben! Mittlerweile hängt noch ein großes Foto vom Brandenburger Tor an der Roten Wand . Sehr passend ausgewählt! Das einzige Manko war die Küchenausstattung. Die Gläser waren fast alle schon mit Sprung/Riss. Die Teller ziemlich abgenutzt. Das Besteck sehr abgezählt! Reichte nur für eine Mahlzeit am Tag. Aber das ist sicherlich auch jammern auf hohem Niveau! Wir hatten das Nachtlicht unserer Tochter vergessen und Frau Fischer hat es gleich bemerkt und uns hinterher geschickt! Sehr nett, toller Service!!! Wenn wir nochmal nach Schkeuditz/Leipzig fahren sollten, dann sicherlich zu Familie Fischer!

Da sage ich immer - bitte gleich 'meckern', dann sind wir bemüht all Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen oder eventuelle Missstände auszuzräumen ! Natürlich überprüfe ich vor Ankunft der Gäste die Wohnungen ... sollte mir da etwas durchgegangen sein ?? Die beiden Wassergläser habe ich gleich ausgetauscht. Das Besteck wird immer mal wieder aufgefüllt - irgendwie kommen da immer die Kaffeelöffel weg ! Aber alles andere... ? Stimmt ! Die Kuchenteller sind ganz schön zerkratzt - nicht die beste IKEA Qualität ! Da ist mal wieder eine Shoppingtour fällig :) Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns und für Ihre ehrliche ausführliche Bewertung ! Ja, ich hatte auch den Eindruck dass es Ihnen gefallen hat ! Tolle Wohnung mit super Anbindung nach Leipzig

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für alle (wir waren zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder). Auch ein toller Balkon mit Nachmittags- und Abendsonne ist an der Wohnung dran. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.Von hier aus lässt sich Leipzig und Umgebung super erkunden. Zum Belantis oder Leipziger Zoo sind es keine 30 min Fahrzeit und auch mit der S-Bahn sind wir nur 20 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof gefahren. Vielen Dank an Frau Fischer für den netten Empfang. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, schick und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit viel Platz.

Die beiden vollwertigen Schlafzimmer sind mehr als ausreichend groß und mit Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Die Empore mit Schlafplatz 5 und 6 ist nicht für jedermann geeignet. Aber für Kids ab ca 10 Jahren sicherlich ein kleines Highlight, auch wenn die Empore zum Wohnraum offen gestaltet ist. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist toll und das Bad angenehm groß. Zwischen den Fachwerkbalken ist die Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand. Bis in die Leipziger City (HBF) fährt man mit dem Auto 20-25 min. In Schkeuditz selbst sind fußläufig einige Restaurants zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist ca 200m entfernt. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung.
