Convenient location

A Tram line was a short walk from the house, making it very convenient to get into downtown Leipzig. This place had a lot of space and was very comfortable to sit and relax. Only downsides were the kitchen was small and not overly practical and the beds were not the most comfortable. This is the upstairs of the house with a shared entrance, but a keyed door separates the suite from the shared entrance. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would recommend to any of our friends.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub war es eine sehr gute Alternative zu den teuren Unterkünften in der Umgebung der Messe und der Anbindung zur Innenstadt.Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter.Die Küche ist etwas klein um mit mehreren Leuten gleichzeitig drin zu arbeiten aberDa musz man sich nur etwas besser organisieren. Ist ja auch auf den Bildern schon zu erkennen. Gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.

Geräumige ruhige Wohnung - wie beschrieben

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Die Nähe zur neuen Messe besticht! 25 min Fuß oder wenige Stationen mit der Bahn.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Verkehrsgünstige Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Sie liegt in der 1.Etage. An heißen Tagen sehr warm unterm Dach, aber sie lässt sich am Abend gut durchlüften. Mobiler Ventilator vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat keine Außenrollos. Die Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt, Zoo, Messe etc. ist sehr gut Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Es hat alles wie besprochen geklappt. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Geräumig und zweckmäßig

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sogar eine WM hätte wir nutzen können. Es gibt aber modernere, einfacher zu benutzende Kaffeemaschinen. Die Quartierwirtin ist sehr nett, beantwortet alle Fragen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Bahnanlage ziemlich dicht hinterm Haus, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu lösen.

Schöner Urlaub zu besonderem Anlass

Super toll. Sind zur Hochzeit unserer Tochter nach Leipzig gekommen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns super nett empfangen. Die große Ferienwohnung bot alles, was man sich wünscht. Sogar ein Balkon ist dabei. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Wir durften sogar die Blumen im Keller abstellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Perfect stay in quiet neighbourhood

Maybe the pictures on the website don’t look extremely inviting, but this is definitely a great stay! My colleague and I rented this apartment for a conference at the Leipzig Messe, which was a convenient 20 minute walk. However, the city center is also easily reached by tram. The apartment is extremely clean and the owner very friendly. An absolute recommendation!

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, welche immer für ein nettes Gespräch offen ist. Die Wohnung ist top und der kleine Balkon ist aber völlig ausreichen, den Abend dort ausklingen zu lassen. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet von ausreichend Geschirr bis zur Waschmaschine Auf die Gegend bezogen sehr ruhig am Stadtrand aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Zusammenfassend: alles recht unkompliziert und auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen!

Empfehlenswert

Wir sind mit zwei Kindern angereist. Für das Kleinkind haben wir unser Reisebett mitgebracht. Alles ohne Probleme. Frau Schröter war sehr offen und freundlich. Die Wohung ist gut eingericht. Die Lage ist auch gut und ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autobahn, im Zentrum oder am Badesee. Der Edeka ist zu Fuß fix zu erreichen.
