Diese neu und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im Süden von Leipzig in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, direkt am Goethepark.

Sie verfügt über eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafzimmer für 3 Personen, einem Wohnzimmer (wahlweise als Schlafzimmer mit Wohnlandschaft zum Ausziehen für 2 Personen). Ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit zusätzlicher Regendusche ist ebenfalls Bestandteil dieser schönen Wohnung.

Eine Unterbringung von bis zu 5 Personen ist somit leicht möglich.

Nice apartment for families

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is pretty big and enough for my family of 5. As Kenyans, we also enjoyed the African feel of the apartment.

Nice place to stay

We had a good time in Leipzig. The location of the appartment is perfect. The tramstop is near by and the trams run frequent. Leipzig is a nice city, a little Berlin. For me it was a meeting again after 33 years.

Nice stay, clean house, good beds.

Most was good, nice appartement in a calm but u attractive location. Check in was with a code, which didn't work very well. The door of the pension did not open, but another renter was friendly enough to help us out. Furthermore a pleasant and problemmless stay. Most of the appartement was good clean, just check the shower.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig. Check-in wie beschrieben und sehr einfach. Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, Park und zur Tankstelle. Betten bequem. Verdunklungsvorhänge vorhanden. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Net, schoon en fijn appartement, alleen er stond niet vermeld dat de woonkamer ook een slaapkamer is voor persoon 6 en 7. Verder heerlijk verblijf gehad, dichtbij tramstation om in 20 minuten in het centrum te zijn.

Grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Größe war ok. Für 7 Personen ist das Objekt zu klein. Im Wohnzimmer haben gemütlich 4 Personen platz.

Familienausflug nach Leipzig

Gute Lage etwas außerhalb, aber sehr gute Verbindung mit der Straßenbahn. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Ein paar Gehminuten zum großen Park. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer super Verkehrsanbindung. Für unseren Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen samt Kindern war es absolut ausreichend. Bei Fragen im Vorfeld wurde ohne Probleme geantwortet.

WGT Genuss in perfekter Lage

Uns hat als Gruppe der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Lage war gerade fürs WGT einfach nur perfekt (2 Haltestellen bis zur Agra, 100m laufen bis zum Heido) und auch ein Super Markt war für die Einkäufe sehr nah (1 Haltestelle entfernt). Die Wohnung ist seh modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, lieb und zuvorkommend! Wir kommen wieder! :)

Nette Wohnung mit mega Straßenbahnanbindung und 3 Minuten Laufweg ins Grüne. Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar, nett und freundlich.

Kurztrip Leipzig mit Badeaufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zusammen. Die Lage der Fewo ist perfekt für Ausflüge in der Stadt, aber auch Unternehmungen zum Baden am See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sommertrip Leipzig

Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es war sehr sauber und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Kleiner Kritikpunkt allerdings, ich habe das Objekt für 7 Personen gemietet und es waren auch Betten für 7 Leute vorbereitet. Allerdings alles andere war auf 6 Personen ausgelegt, 6 Stühle, 6 Teller, Tassen, etc… Hier vielleicht noch einmal das Belegungskonzept prüfen. Mit 4-5 Personen wäre es tatsächlich ein optimaler Aufenthalt gewesen.
