About this property

Perfect for trade fair visitors as well as for those curious about Leipzig

The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn built. He lived in it with his family and employees. In GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated apartment building and rent the two apartments on the upper floor and the attic if we do not need them ourselves or are not rented out as furnished apartments in the long term.

We look forward to welcoming you to our green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of downtown Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes from the center of Leipzig.

The light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the old villa has its special charm due to the romantic balcony and the old parquet floor.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a table with two chairs. The second is a bit more spacious and has a separate single bed with a seating area in addition to the double bed. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine) is integrated in an open living-dining area. The central focus of the apartment is comfortably furnished and invites you to cook, eat and linger. The large window front also gives you access to the romantic balcony with a view of the rose garden. The bathroom offers plenty of space and has both a shower and a bathtub.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Ich hatte etwas Sorge, dass der nahegelegene Flugplatz zu laut sein würde. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Ja, man hört hier und da auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern draußen ein Flugzeug, wenn man sich darauf konzentriert. Ein Bus in der Straße ist aber auch nicht wirklich leiser. Und tatsächlich gabe es nicht so viele Flüge, dass es gestört hätte. (Wir waren allerdings tagsüber nicht in der Wohnung, nur morgens, abends und nachts. Daher sind nur das die Zeiten, zu denen ich etwas sagen kann.) Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Kopfkissen ebenfalls, und die Bettdecken waren lang (2,20 m) und kuschelig. Als etwas fehlte, war die sehr nette Vermieterin, die in ebenfalls im Haus wohnt, sofort zur Stelle.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.Fünf Sterne.

Wir hatten eine Arbeitstagung in Schkeuditz.

Die Fewo entspricht der Darstellung im Inserat : Gepflegter Altbau, sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnräume, die hervorragend für Home Office geeignet sind, sehr sauberer Zustand der Wohnung, Handtücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden , schnelle, unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Objekt entsprach den Angaben des Vermieters. Schöne alte Villa die eine tolle Atmosphäre ausstrahlte. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte, der Kühlschrank hat kein Eisfach und einige Fernsehsender hatte Probleme beim Ton. LG

Eine Reise wert

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer wundervollen alten Villa, von dort aus kann man Leipzig und Umgebung erkunden. Wir haben unser Auto nicht bewegen müssen, konnten alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Leipzig ist auf jeden Fall eine bzw. mehrere Reisen Wert, die Villa Romahn auch. Die Wohnung hat all das, was man für einen entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, fussläufig sind Bäcker etc zu erreichen. Den Vermietern ist sehr daran gelegen, dass Ihre Gäste eine schöne und erholsame Zeit bei Ihnen verleben und sich wohl fühlen. Wir werden,wenn es wieder Richtung Leipzig geht, der Villa Romahn einen erneuten Besuch abstatten, freuen uns schon sehr darauf . Liebe Grüße Linda und Jörg Heyken

Wunderbare Fewo, super gelegen für diverse Ausflüge

Sehr schöne Fewo, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht . Sehr sauber und auch ruhig, so dass man sich gut erholen kann. Die Fewo ist wunderbar gelegen für Ausflüge nach Leipzig und Umgebung. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und einige Tipps gegeben. Die Fewo können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vom 10.-14.10.2018 durften wir die Ferienwohnung von Fam. Fischer bewohnen. Wir haben uns bereits beim betreten der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Aufenthalt wird uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben zumal unsere Tochter am 13.10.2018 unweit der Ferienwohnung, in der Dorfkirche von Ermlitz geheiratet hat. Danke an Fam. Fischer, dass wir die Wohnung auch zum Zwecke der Vorbereitungen zur Hochzeit nutzen durften. Kreative Tischgestecke sind in der Küche der Ferienwohnung entstanden. Ebenso die sehr schmackhafte Hochzeittorte …. Wir wünschen Fam. Fischer für die bevorstehende Veränderung alles Gute. Fam. Heil

Top Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütliche und gepflegte Wohnung im Umkreis von Leipzig. Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und auch der Schkeuditzer Ortskern ist sehr nett, bei unserem Aufenthalt war zufälligerweise gerade das Stadtfest, was den Besuch noch abgerundet hat. Die Unterkunft kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Fischer, der bei Fragen vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit war.

Super Unterkunft, nur zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber & besitzt alles was man im Alltag so braucht! Frau Fischer ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und hilft wo sie kann. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!! Wir haben jeden Tag Leipzig besucht, es liegt einen Katzensprung entfernt. In Schkeuditz sind auch ausreichend Supermärkte vorhanden. Wir sagen Dankeschön für die schönen Tage im Haus von Frau Fischer.

Optimale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Frau Fischer ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns auch noch viele Tipps für unsere Ausflüge nach Leipzig und Dresden geben konnte. Mit der S-Bahn war Leipzig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Jederzeit würden wir uns wieder an Frau Fischer wenden, sollten wir unsere Reise nach Sachsen nochmals wiederholen.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Frau Fischer in Schkeuditz zur Leipziger Buchmesse. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Straßenbahn fährt gleich in der Nähe und ist in 35-40 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, die S-Bahn braucht nur 17 Minuten, liegt aber in etwa 10 Minuten Entfernung. Frau Fischer ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit, nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unserer Rasselbande ihre Katzen gezeigt haben, und für Ihre Unterstützung, als unser Flug storniert wurde! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Diesmal dann aber hoffentlich ohne überraschenden Wintereinbruch =)
