I travel for work - I mean take jobs in new locations. Currently in US, still not decided where to settle down

I bought this due to its location, backyard and the neighbors! Never could spend much time on it to renovate as I wanted, but still for travelers and new comers this would be a perfect place to establish themselves. Walking distance to everything you ever wanted including 2 libraries within 5 min walk! Every Govt offices, play grounds, all types of groceries from around the world, Rogue valley forest, Toronto Zoo to name few!

Cul de sac - no exit entry, bus stop at door step & Grocery shops (at least 6) within 5 min walk. All types of playgrounds (from Cricket, Tennis to Basketball courts just around the corner.
