Welcome to your vacation on the island of Usedom.
Our cottages for 6 people

Surrounded by a large garden, the country house was built around 1920 Sandra is located directly on the backwaters. Our completely renovated in 2014. cottages are newly decorated and equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing family holiday.

We offer eight modern maritime and furnished apartments, located right on the reed belt of the eight water, with a beautiful view of the water. Our apartments can accommodate two to six people.

Our villa is located on the peninsula Gnitz, a promontory of the island of Usedom on the backwaters, one of the most beautiful landscapes of Usedom.

Swimming is possible everywhere. For surfing and sailing invites the backwaters. The best fishing spots can be found in the immediate vicinity off the trails.

Lütow, the small town on the Gnitz is a destination for many lovers of calm and natural Connected. Here you can enjoy walking the cliff coast of the White Mountain or strip between huge junipers on the meadows.

Biking and hiking trails allow you to tap into the charming island of Usedom. Discover schilfumstandene gentle bays, wide meadows, pine green forests and small villages. Watch on your adventures in the unique flora and fauna.

Let the evening in the country house Sandra, relax on the private balcony or terrace, while fascinating to be regarded sinking of the evening sun on the water.

10 km from the traditional Zinnowitz offers plenty of shopping. A variety of culture and things to do you expect, as well as fish and other culinary delights of the region.

Zinnowitz is easily accessible by the UBB track, the famous imperial baths Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf, which are strung together like pearls on a string in the north of Usedom on the Baltic coast.

1 Woche Ferienhaus "Kapitänshaus" direkt am Achterwasser gebucht. Großzügiges Reihenendhaus, ruhig gelegen und geschmackvoll, funktional eingerichtet. Großer Kich-/Essbereich, großer TV in Sofaecke, 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer. Alles schön eingerichtet. Zugang zum Achterwasser nicht direkt möglich, aber zu Fuß oder per Rad nur 20 Min (5 Min) entfernt. Ca 15 Min Autofahrt nach Zinnowitz. Das Ferienhaus ist ausgestattet mit Allem, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und funktional.Es ist alles da, was man braucht: Geschirr, Herd, Ofen, Wasseroberfläche, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und eine Waschmaschine zum Bezahlen (extra Raum). Großer Fahrradschuppen zum Unterstellen der Räder. Große Sonnenterrasse mit extra Grillplatz. Kleine Terrasse auf der anderen Seite.

Unsere Urlaubswoche war sehr angenehm im Haus...alles modern und sauber. Vorm Haus können die Kinder spielen, schaukeln oder Trampolin hüpfen...Leider gab's hin und wieder einen unangenehmen Geruch ( Klärgrube ?)

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer ruhigen Idylle.

Wir waren als sechs-köpfige Familie eine Woche im Kapitänshaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten genug Spielbereich. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr schön. Die Küche ist funktional und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben selten in einem Ferienhaus einen Backofen und ein Gefrierfach zur Verfügung gehabt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für sechs Personen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
